The buyer agrees to pay on the order the agreed selling price, including applicable taxes in a single payment.
Returns and Refund
With exceptions*, all products made of stainless steel can be returned for a refund or store credit within 1 year of delivery. Contact our customer service department to obtain your return authorization number.
Except if you have received a damaged product, the customer is responsible for the return costs and everything is done at his own expense. The inspection and refund will be made within 10 working days of the return of the package. No refunds will be made if you have not obtained prior authorization from Cremation Jewelries.
To qualify for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it.
* Products cannot be returned for refund or exchange:
- Products with personalized engraving;
- Products in liquidation (final sale);
- Special orders or customized products;
Memorable Collections & Blown Glass (including urns):
The products in these collections are covered by a one-year limited warranty* from the date of receipt of your order. If you are not satisfied with your funeral product, we will be happy to correct it. Return shipping for these collections is at Cremation Jewelries' expense. Contact our customer service department to obtain your return authorization number.
* We have many years of experience and know our products. We put a lot of love into making them and assume that you take care of them in the same way. Any negligence concerning the care, treatment or use of the products in these collections is not covered by the said warranty.
By using our website, you (the visitor) agree to allow third parties to process your IP address, in order to determine your location for the purpose of currency conversion. 2.1. The Civil Code of Québec and the Consumer Protection Act provide for legal guarantees relating in particular to hidden defects and the use of goods sold. These legal warranties also apply to this sale.
2.2. This warranty can not under any circumstances reduce or eliminate the manufacturer's legal warranty where this exists. In case there is a problem with your jewelry purchases, please contact us before any other action.
